Under the burning North Queensland Sun and in the shadow of mighty Castle Hill, we re-built our little brewery.
Why? Well, of course, we needed somewhere to sit when talking for hours about flavours, and yeast and fermentation and hops. And with 322 days of scorching Summer, we needed a place to make big beers that take care of our big thirst. How do we put it? Our boots are made for walking. Our beer is made for drinking. Simple. Basically, what matters is having fun and celebrating life up here. Cheers.
